I work across the North West of England, independently or as a member of improvement teams.

My expertise and interest lies in clinical capacity and demand patterns within mental health. I work with commissioners, services and teams to develop bespoke improvement programmes to improve access rates and reduce waiting times.

My approach extends beyond data diagnostics into respecting and understanding local custom and practice, exploring the consequences of performance targets and facilitating and developing local improvement plans.

I aim to leave behind the understanding and skills to deliver locally owned sustainable change and improvement.
